Brewster's Brewery set up and run by Sara Barton with her husband Sean McArdle. Name after the old English word for a female brewer, the brewery is based in the Vale of Belvoir in North Leicestershire, England, UK. Long before the industrial revolution women made most of the beer drunk as part their normal housholdchores. The brewery makes its cask conditioned real ale from hops, malt, yeast and water in the heart of the English countryside. The brewery beers are also bottled and complement the area's other famous foods such as Melton Mowbray porkpies, Red Leicester and Stilton cheeses and Lincolnshire sausages
