So how did we get into brewing?
Well, Sara Barton started into the brewing industry 20 years ago by taking a Masters degree in Brewing at Heriott Watt University in Edinburgh.
What is a Brewster? ...it’s the old English word for a female Brewer. In Medieval times most beer was brewed by women. It was just one more household chore for a woman, along with baking and cooking.
